What is a Chaotic?

A Chaotic is a person trying to cope in a constant state of Chaos, often with neurodivergence.

Neurodivergent conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences may cause challenges with attention, memory, time tracking, organization, and accomplishing tasks.

Chaos can be utterly overwhelming.

Together, we can challenge the overwhelm and make the Chaos work for you.

I am a Certified Professional Coach. I specialize in coaching people with chaotic lives.
My mission is to combat toxic positivity and messaging such as,
“take control of your chaos,” or, “learn how to manage your chaos.”
I believe that you cannot manage or control chaos. Suggesting that we can makes us feel as if we are incapable when we do not achieve the impossible.
Instead, I believe that if we practice awareness, we can find peace in the eye of the storm.
I will help you navigate the chaos, and guide you through both internal and external blocks. Together, we develop strategies to help you create stability and achieve your goals.
